No-show  :

your appt will be canceled and start from $20 to half price of the service price as No show Fee will be charged. When it happens twice, we will ask prepaid deposit (nonrefundable) for rebook.

 

9am or before appointment :

The Last call of cancel /reschedule is 12am midnight or be charged $20 as late notice

 

9am and after appointment :

The last call of cancel /reschedule is 1 hour before your appointment time. 

or be charged $20 as late notice

When your don't show in 15 minutes after your appointment time with or without your

notice, your appt will be canceled automatically as No Show.
